Refund Policy

In some occasions, refunds can be issued. For example, if the size is not suitable, or the product was damaged, or incorrect items have been sent, etc.  Before requesting a refund, please contact Voguelulu to state the reason for the refund. Once the seller agrees, the refund will be processed.

In case a customer has lost or damaged one or more nail tips of a set, and if the seller has spares (which may be new or used but cleaned in a reusable condition), it can be provided to the buyer.  The brand new tips are $5-$10 per piece. The used tips are $3-$8 per piece. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost. Please contact Voguelulu for requesting spares.

The seller also recycles used nail tips. Each piece of tip will be collected for $1, and the quantity must be at least 9 pieces (doesn’t have to be from 1 set, but need to be Vogue LuLu press-ons). Each piece of tip must be thoroughly cleaned and in a "like new" condition. The seller is responsible for the shipping cost. Please contact Voguelulu before mail recyclable nail tips.

Whether returning an item or providing a recyclable item, the buyer must provide Voguelulu clear photo(s) of each piece of nail tips/nail set. Once the seller confirms that the item meets the requirements, a refund or a payment for recycled item can be provided upon receiving Returns/Recyclables.
